Acclaimed Chef David Hawksworth is the mastermind behind Nightingale. His newest venture and 3rd restaurant in Vancouver (his first is the award-winning Hawksworth and second is Bel Cafe), Nightingale is named after the Aesop's Fable 'The Hawk and the Nightingale' which encourages the enjoyment of here and now rather than longing for something else. The space was designed by Alessandro Munge and features an elegant but approachable aesthetic.
With a focus on simple, quality, seasonal dishes packed with natural flavours, the menu includes creative house-made pastas, pizzas and veggie dishes that pair well with their selection of craft beers and on-tap gin and tonics.
