The itinerary is created automatically through the scheduling process, which can be automated to a great degree or controlled entirely by the scheduler. The scheduler can, with only a few keystrokes, add their own items to the itinerary to account for tasks that are not scheduled automatically, such as an employee meeting or customer equipment pickup.
