Exception ReportsEventSage® includes a very comprehensive exception reporting system. BEO's are scrutinizedin detail for actual and possible mistakes. EventSage® can report exceptions, such as turns that may not provide enough time given the amount of time involved in the turn and the number of available personnel, or BEO's imported with missing or invalid information. BEO import exceptions can be cross-tabbed by the responsible sales and catering staff to identify users who are habitually entering information incorrectly. |
